If your account has hierarchy (single account code with multiple customer IDs or multiple account codes with multiple customer IDs) you access them within your online account management tool. Note the account code and customer ID select will be the ones you work with during a task, such as ordering cards.
1. The account code and customer ID drop-downs display in the top-right corner of your account management tool. You can also change the customer ID in the field next to the transaction date range field.
2. Use the Account drop-down to select an account code. Use the Cust ID drop-down to select a customer ID under the selected account code.
Note: All options under Reporting, Payments, and My Services are driven by your selected account code. All options under Cards, Transactions, and your Dashboard are driven by your selected account code and customer ID.
