Follow these steps to view your statements.
1. On the main navigation, select Payments ⇨ View Statements.
Note: If you have access to multiple account codes and customer IDs, ensure the correct options are selected at the top of the home page.
2. A list of statements under your account codes and customer IDs displays. Click a link in the Statement Type column to view the statement.
See below for a list of the types of statements available to you:
- Consolidated Invoice Totals: A list of all charges on your account. Includes the total amount of all charges, the next due date, your account’s balance and activity, and transaction details on each charge.
- Statement of Past Due Items: Notice of payment not received, showing transaction dates, reference number, individual amounts, subtotals, and grand totals.
- Mastercard Purchases Billing Detail: Invoice displaying information (e.g., time, location, amount, quantity, etc.) about purchases made at locations accepting customer Mastercard cards that are run through as Mastercard transactions rather than as proprietary transactions.
- Miscellaneous Billing Detail: Invoice displaying billing of miscellaneous purchases made on a Mastercard. Miscellaneous purchases are those not covered under the terms of the card agreement, such as for an amount over the prescribed limit for the card, or for merchandise not approved for the card.
- Mastercard Purchases Billing Detail: Invoice displaying information (e.g., time, location, amount, quantity, etc.) about purchases made at locations accepting customer Mastercard cards that are run through as Mastercard transactions rather than as proprietary transactions.
- Truckstop Purchases by Account Code: Management report displays monthly fuel purchases by account code or by fuel code.
- Monthly Fuel Purchase by Unit: Management report showing information about monthly fuel purchases by unit (e.g., number of gallons, price per gallon, total amount, etc.) for the specified account code.
- Daily Fuel Invoice: Invoice showing information on fuel transactions (e.g., time, location, number of gallons, price per gallon, etc.) by unit number and company overall. Also shows cash advances from the card (if set up to show cash advances) and direct bill transactions used to pay invoices.
- Generic Invoice: Invoice showing any miscellaneous fees not covered by any other billing (e.g., Comsite purchases or fees related to connectivity, such as leased lines, etc.).
- Credit Early Notification: Management report notifying clients that they have reached a predefined percentage or amount of their credit limit.
3. For this example, a consolidated invoice was clicked. The document displays with details on your account balance and charges. You can download or print this document for your records.
